AA School / Tobias Klein's workshop
Tobias works with mri scans of the body and develops them into some extraordinary architectural works. If you are interested about Tobias's works you can look here and here

For the beginning he explained us some of he's works, really smart stuff. I strongly suggest you to google it around.
As a second step he explained us how the MRI scanning works, and we start playing around with the software used to read the MRI scanner. The software is called OsiriX and you can download for free from OsiriX site, unfortunately for one of you this software is only Mac based.

Here is a quick animation to get it well what MRI scanning means.
And here I will post down some QuicktimeVR files to start play around, similar to how you can play in the OsiriX software, just grab and drag around.
Obvious that you can export 3D files from OsiriX... so I couldn't abstain not to take a kidney, to slice/round/explode it and put some hair on it. Guess what I had in the end :D

and I couldn't leave it still...
And yes, that was it. For those fallow architects, brick based, please, keep in your mind that this was only a workshop, not a freaky blobby AA project, it's about stuffing around and learning ;)
Cheers
